Update, all good! (Graphic photo warning for those gentle readers out there)

And this is now how I access the tube. Much better in my mind. Almost flush to the skin, easy to access and use. No more dangling 16" of tube to catch on my towel or other clothing. And while they did knock me out and thread a camera down my throat no pain to report unlike the last time when they first placed the tube. Not sure why they wouldn't just do this button tube first but I could not get an answer from any medical person I asked.
