Update on Crying

Thank you all of you for your support. I had a touching moment with my caregiver and I hope none of you got the idea I was shamed by the tears. I am not, I find it to be cathartic. I get slightly annoyed when I cry at movies and really annoyed when a commercial brings a tear to my eye. But as promised, I am living my life wide open and unfiltered, like I always have. We knew each other at The Times in a casual manner and only crossed paths occasionally. The fact that you also lead people in an "unfiltered way" is something for which I am grateful.

Alma, I starting crying after I was diagnosed and just kept doing it no idea why but it feels right to me somehow. Russ

Thank you for being open, honest and brave, and sharing your life. In knowing you, mine has changed. A big virtual hug from San Diego/Tijuana.

Thank you Sandra! I still remember our trip to Tijuana where you took a frightened Publisher and showed him it wasn't that bad after all. Just people trying to make it thank you for taking me will never forget the trip or you! Russ
