Update. Last night was the worse, insomnia came back with a roar. I fell asleep at 5am and work up at 9am to my phone ringing. Stayed up on the hopeful theory that if I am tired enough I will fall asleep tonight. Stay tuned.
I think I have gone the other way now. Last night I went to bed at 11pm and woke up at...... 12:45pm today! A little over correction I think. But why I am up at one am posting on the blog.
