When I stopped at Joes the other day I also tried to see Joyce Vasilev a neighbor of ours. They don't gather in the park anymore with their dogs, I guess some Grundy kept calling the animal control people on them for loose dogs. That is so sad, it was what brought many of us together. Anyways I stopped by and she wasn't there. Then we went to seal beach the next day but ended up with an extra day in LA because our next stop in Fresno was changed when one of our hosts came down with Covid. So we tried again today and missed her. Then we were driving through La Canada on our way to the freeway to Fresno when a car zoomed up behind us and waved us down. It was Joyce and her husband! So we caught up and was really glad to see both of them.
