Good News/Bad News

The good news? I was scheduled for my Botox procedure. The bad news? Not until January 8th, 2022. So I will have to deal with drooling a little bit longer. Though I am on a wait list if someone cancels. But they are worried about getting payment from my insurance company in time. Sigh. I don't have enough energy to fight this.

PS. And thanks to all who suggested I offer to pay out of pocket. I did that and am waiting to see if that helps things along.

My closest friend since 1977 passed away 5 years ago from cancer. It was causing a drooling problem during his last few weeks. They gave him a suction tube, similar to what they use in the dentist's office. He told me it was his "life saver". Something like that might help you get by until this procedure.

Dan. I have one but find it easier to use a rag to dry my mouth out. I tried using it but I end up feeling like I am in the dentist office! Not the way I want to feel relaxing at home! Russ
